Release and Terms of Use (please read)

I hereby grant Bellevue University, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, its employees, legal representatives, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively referred to herein as the "Authorized Parties"), unrestricted permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish or re-publish my written word, photographic portraits, or digital information relating thereto, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, in which I may be included in whole or in part, or composite or distorted form, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media chosen at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Authorized Parties and which are to be used for any lawful purpose (collectively, the "Authorized Images"). I understand and agree that the Authorized Parties shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest, including copyright, in works of authorship which it creates and which incorporate the Authorized Images. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect, approve or otherwise review the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with any Authorized Images the Authorized Parties have taken, or the use to which the Authorized Images may be applied. I hereby waive the right to receive any compensation, royalty or fee for any use of the Authorized Images. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Authorized Parties from any and all claims, liabilities and demands resulting from, or in any way connected with the Authorized Images, including any and all claims for libel, defamation and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the Authorized Parties, as well as the person(s) for whom the Authorized Images were taken, if any.
